Shiny Clean LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Lafayette, Colorado and surrounding areas. The specific scope, schedule and price of each job are confirmed with you before work begins.

2. Quotes and pricing

Any price discussed through the website, by phone or by text is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the size, condition or requirements of the space differ from what was described. We will confirm any change with you before proceeding.

3. Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including any codes or keys needed, and to let us know about pets, alarms, fragile items or areas we should avoid. If we cannot access the property, we may need to reschedule.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Specific cancellation terms, if any, will be shared with you when your service is booked.

5. Payment

Payment is due as agreed when your service is booked. Accepted payment methods and timing will be confirmed with you directly.

6. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will work with you to make it right, as described on our website.

7. Property and liability

We take care with your home or business. If you believe something was damaged during a service, please notify us within 24 hours with details and photos so we can review it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items not disclosed as fragile or valuable, or issues caused by the condition of the property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Website use

The content, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Shiny Clean LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. We work to keep information on this site accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may change without notice.

9. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on this website come from real customers on our public Google Business Profile.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
